    Dr.first has informed ICANotes that some customers are experiencing problems connecting to their application see the status below:
    Investigating - Some customers may experience intermittent performance issues with E-Prescribing Desktop (Rcopia) at this time. Our engineers are aware and working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    We are currently investigating this incident. Both the Classic and Plus product use Invalon for customers that have a relationship with this claim processing vendor. We are in contact w/ Inovalon to determine the issue and their expected fix and fix-date.

    Intermittent slowness was observed widely in the application, showing overloading of the system caching layer that had not been observed previously.

    Spot fixes seem to be providing relief. Improved cache configuration will be deployed soon to stabilize the issue for the long term.

    -Update: Around 9:50am ET we applied a fix allowing those affected to be able to log in. We expect logins might be slower at this time and might require some users to reload the page in order to see the changes take effect on their web browsers. We will be monitoring the site while this is ongoing.
