We are currently experiencing issues accessing e-prescribe. Our third-party vendor is aware of the issue and actively investigating to implement a fix. The goal is to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Dear Valued Customer,

We ask that you please log off and save your work by 11:59 pm Eastern on Sunday 8/31/2025 as ICANotes will be performing a mandatory server update. You will be automatically signed out at least once during this maintenance window. Logging in during the maintenance window could inform you that the server is not reachable or in Read-Only mode, permitting you access to previously entered data without the ability to make modifications or create new notes.

We are estimating the maintenance window may take upwards of 5 hours.

We’re currently experiencing an issue where newly created patient charts are not appearing in the Upload Site. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
