    DrFirst has reported that this issue has been resolved.

    Our e-prescribe vendor partner, Rcopia/DrFirst, has reported an issue related to OneSpan tokens.

    "Some customers may experience inability to send controlled substance prescriptions electronically when using OneSpan hard tokens. This is an issue with our 3rd party vendor and they are working to resolve it as quickly as possible."
